Life I married Kathy Pack (Sayre - '72) in June of 1973. In August 1974 we had our one and only child - Eric. After a short stint in the Navy I began college at Liberty Baptist College in Lynchburg, VA. I graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Accounting - at AHS I was in the top 70%; at Liberty I was in the top 2%! After graduating in 1982 from LBC, now Liberty University, I began work with a regional CPA firm, passed the CPA exam and was certified and licensed in 1984. I then enrolled in the MBA program at Lynchburg College, graduating in 1986. I worked full-time while attending college full-time; no time for Kathy. We divorced in 1987. I moved to WV in 1988 and married Bev Weddington from Hurricane, WV in 1989. Eric, then 14 years old, came with me. I have had several healthcare finance jobs, mostly in hospitals, as Corporate Controller and/or CFO. Eric followed in my footsteps and earned his BBA in Accounting.
